Yealink T21P – Transfer a call

You can transfer the call in the following ways:

Blind forwarding

1. Press  or the Transfer soft key during a call. The call is put on hold .;
2. Enter the number to transfer the call to then press 
3. Press or Transfer

Forwarding with supervisor

1. Press or the Transfer soft key during a call. The call is put on hold.
2. Enter the number to transfer the call to then press   
3. When the second party answers, press  or Transfer
