Access to the user area and use of the functions present

The User Area is a section of the VOIspeed switchboard,  which the user can access through some switchboard configurations. It is accessible by the web directly from the UI, through the button which opens an Internet explorer window with the user area

In the user area, 3 activities can be managed: company closures, meeting rooms and entry / exit from response groups
