Reporting of Voice Messages

This section shows the reporting of the messages received in the company mailboxes of the PBX (personal mailboxes are not displayed). Typically, these messages can also be delivered directly to the voicemail manager GUI or via e-mail.

6.5 PBX report messaggi vocali

The informations shown in this section are the following:

Voicemail Name of the voicemail
Date time Date and time of the call
Duration Duration of the recording
Author Number of the calls
Status New (but verde) Listened (but grigio)
Actions Download download and Show Details details

It is possible to trace a particular message using the advanced search filter which requires the following information:

Voicemail Name of the voicemail
Date time Date and time of the calla
Number Number of the caller
Status New / Listened
