Gateway monitoring
This section displays the status of the gateways, i.e. the resources used to make and receive calls. Each line of global monitoring shows the status of a gateway. To learn more about gateways check here.
The monitoring page is static by default: to activate the automatic update (every 2 seconds) click on the button (initially gray) located at the top of the page.
Typology Indicates the type of gateway (and therefore line) VoIP, ISDN, Analogue Line, ISDN, GSM Name Name (description) entered when creating the gateway Socket IP address and port assigned to the gateway Realm Realm to which the user-side authentication server belongs. Important: in the case of an account with a VoIP operator, this field shows the value of the Realm EXPECTED by the operator. So if the gateway does not register, check that you have entered this same string in the Realm field of the account configuration (Settings Menu -> Gateway). Lines Indicates how many lines are occupied on those available Status Shows whether the login from the PBX to the gateway was successful () or not () Enabled Indicates whether the gateway is enabled or not Actions The button allows direct access to the gateway diagnostics
