How to catch a call
To answer a call destined for another extension it is necessary to:
- access the “Users” page
- identify the internal ring, marked by a blue border as shown in the figure
- right-click on the ringing avatar
- click on the capture icon in the “Actions” section, the call will be automatically routed to the set terminal
If you are unable to locate the user who is ringing, you can type their name or surname or extension in the search bar above the list of users.
NOTE: the PBX administrator can limit the scope of the capture to only the group it belongs to (you will not be able to capture calls from terminals outside your group) or prohibit it altogether. For more information, see the PBX company configuration section.
